It is not selected trunk wood and it does not look like it. Pieces vary in size and species. If the job is heating the house for as little as possible, this is the one.

What mixed firewood is good for
Everyday heating 01
If you light a fire most days and do not mind reloading more often, it works out considerably cheaper than holm oak for the same warm room.
Getting a fire going 02
The thinner pieces catch on their own, so you can skip firelighters. Some customers buy it for nothing else.

This to start, oak on top to hold through the night. The best value combination we sell.
Everything we deliver
Holm oak logs 210 €/t
The best all-rounder for a log burner or open fire. Most heat per kilo and embers that last through the night.
Olive wood 140-160 €/t
Strong aroma and very little ash. The favourite for barbecues and wood-fired ovens.
Almond wood 160 €/t
Gentle, slightly sweet aroma. A good middle ground for grilling if olive is too strong for you.
Fruit and citrus wood 130 €/t
A mix of local fruit trees with orange and lemon in it. The best choice for fish and seafood on the grill.

Our cheapest option. Split prunings of mixed species, irregular sizes. For heating on a budget, not for the barbecue.
Wood pellets desde 5,50 €/saco
ENplus A1 certified, under 0.7 % ash. For pellet stoves only, sold by the sack or the pallet.

Marabu and holm oak charcoal for barbecues and restaurants. Embers in twenty minutes, no flame, steady heat.
What people ask us
Why is it so much cheaper?
Because it is not selected single-species trunk wood. It is mixed species in mixed sizes. It burns perfectly well; it simply is not as consistent as holm oak or olive.
Does it give less heat?
Per kilo, yes. Holm oak is denser and holds a load longer. You reload more often with this, but you pay a little over half the price per tonne, so for many houses the sums favour it.
Can I cook over it?
We would not. Being a mix, you cannot predict the smoke. For cooking use olive, almond or fruitwood. This one is for heat.
